This notice explains how Taskflo handles personal information connected with this website, taskflo.ai. It covers the website only. It doesn't cover the Taskflo product: when Taskflo runs in a customer's cloud account, that customer controls the data it processes.
Who is responsible
Taskflo is in the process of company registration. Until registration is complete, this website is operated by Taskflo's founders, Pranjal Pandey and Chandan Gupta, who are responsible for the personal information described here. We'll update this notice with the company's details once registration is complete.

| When | What |
|---|---|
| You use the contact form | Name, work email, company, job title (optional), role, industry, cloud provider, a short description of your workflow, where it is today, the page you came from and whether you requested an architecture pack |

| You use either form | A spam-protection check by Cloudflare Turnstile |
| You email us | Your name, email address and your message |
| You visit any page | Standard technical logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, page requested and time. These are used to run and secure the website. |
Please don't send us confidential, financial-account, health or other sensitive information.
We don't use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We don't build profiles of visitors.
Why we use it
| Purpose | Information |
|---|---|
| To reply to your enquiry and discuss your workflow | What you send us |
| To keep the website running and secure | Technical logs |
| To send the guide you asked for, and follow up once about it | Guide form details |
| To keep the forms free of spam and abuse | Turnstile signals |
Where data protection law such as the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running a secure website. Where your enquiry is a step towards working together, we also rely on steps taken at your request before a contract.
Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 applies, we use your information only for the purposes above, which you start by contacting us. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We won't add you to a newsletter or marketing list. You can tell us not to follow up at any time by replying to our email or writing to hello@taskflo.ai.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our email, and only so they can provide that service:
| Provider | Role |
|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Hosts the website and keeps technical logs |
| Our email provider | Stores the emails we send and receive |
| Resend | Delivers emails for enquiries and guide requests |
| Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile) | Checks that form submissions come from a person |
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Some providers process information outside your country. When they do, we rely on the safeguards they offer under applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses or a recognised adequacy framework.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and guide requests: up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. We keep them longer only if they become part of a contract or the law requires it.
- Technical logs: for the hosting provider's standard retention period.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- restrict or object to how we use it
- receive a copy of it
To make a request, email hello@taskflo.ai with the subject line "Privacy request". We'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
