taskfloCookies and local storage
Last updated
This website doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a small number of preferences in your browser so the site works the way you left it.
| Name | Type | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
taskflo-theme | Local storage | Remembers whether you chose light, dark or system appearance | Until you clear it |
taskflo-banner-dismissed | Local storage | Remembers that you closed the product-status banner | Until you clear it |
taskflo-guide | Cookie (functional) | Set only after a successful guide request, only on the guide confirmation page. It records which guide you asked for, not your details. | 10 minutes |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Cookie / local storage, set by Cloudflare | Checks that a form submission comes from a person. Used only on pages with an enabled form. | Short-lived; see Cloudflare's privacy policy |
The theme and banner preferences only hold choices you've made, and they're needed for the features you use, so we don't ask for consent before storing them. They aren't used to identify or track you.
The guide cookie and Turnstile apply only when online forms are enabled. The guide cookie doesn't restrict access to the shareable PDF.
You can clear browser storage at any time in your browser settings. The site will still work; it will just forget your choices.
If we ever add analytics or any other non-essential cookies, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
