A business owner
Someone who knows the process, the exceptions and what a good result means.
Taskflo is in development and talking with enterprise teams in regulated industries about their first workflows. Product status
HOW WE WORK
Bring the process your security or compliance team has said no to. We will work through what it would take to run it, and be clear about what is available today.
FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO PRODUCTION
We learn the workflow, the systems it touches and what stopped it. Start by deciding whether the architecture fits, not by committing to a platform.
Bring the business owner and the security reviewer into the same room. Map steps, decisions, people, rules and the boundary of authority.
Work through illustrative bounds manually and review the specification under NDA. Automated proof panels, System Cards and evidence exports are planned product capabilities, not currently available outputs.
The intended next step is a scoped pilot in your AWS or Azure account, after runtime capabilities and your deployment controls have been verified. No pilot date is promised.
Production follows a successful pilot and your approvals. Reuse controls and evidence only where the next workflow has been reviewed against them.
Someone who knows the process, the exceptions and what a good result means.
The person who said no, or would. Their questions shape the workflow from the beginning.
AWS or Azure for a future pilot. No environment access is needed for the initial conversation.
WHAT YOU CAN REVIEW TODAY
Request → short call → mutual NDA → assembled private pack → review together.
The pack is assembled from specification material for your review. It is not an instant download or a substitute for an implemented-controls assessment.
Request an architecture review ↗HOW ENGAGEMENTS ARE SCOPED
Scope depends on workflow complexity, integration and regulatory requirements. The intended model has no per-seat fees. We agree the scope with you; this is not a public price list or a production service offer.
Not for initial workflow mapping or specification review. The intended engine runs in your account without standing vendor access; verify the deployment boundary before any future pilot.
AWS and Azure are the architecture targets. Cloud pilots are planned, not currently available.
The design provides customer-controlled workflow artefacts and an intended Temporal Python export. Exported code leaves Taskflo’s governance envelope; ongoing enforcement becomes your responsibility.
Record the specific gaps and owners. A defensible no is better than a pilot with unresolved authority or evidence.
Timing depends on scope, product readiness and your review process. We do not publish a pilot or production timeline before agreeing it.
ONE WORKFLOW. A CLEAR NEXT STEP.
Tell us about the process, the systems and the people. Let’s work through what it would take to run it.
