FOR CSO · CISO · RISK · COMPLIANCE

You’ve been saying no to agents. You were right.

Approve agents knowing what they can reach, what they can do and how you will prove it. Start with the architecture, not another assurance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

What you’re accountable for.

  1. Anything an agent does with your data or systems.

  2. Proving it to an auditor, regulator or court.

  3. Making a defensible decision about deployment.

THE MECHANISMS

What to bring into the review.

  • A declared reach list before go-live
  • Customer-held keys and cloud controls
  • Per-action credentials
  • Rules evaluated at every action
  • A tamper-evident record
  • Accountable approvals

Questions you’ll ask.

Who decides what an agent may do?

Your teams declare its authority and limits. Policy can tighten them centrally.

What if a rule cannot be evaluated?

The specified enforcement path denies the action rather than continuing without a decision.

Can we review a workflow before it ships?

The specification includes a proof panel and System Card for each published version. Automated generation is in development; today we can review design bounds manually.

Can Taskflo access our environment?

The architecture has no support tunnel or standing vendor credential. Your engine pulls signed bundles. Verify those boundaries in the deployment review.

Will it fit our identity and cloud controls?

The design uses your identity provider, KMS or Key Vault, network and registry. Review roles, key policies, regions and revocation paths against your requirements.
